Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • 2 (6.5 Oz.) Can Marinated Artichokes, drained and chopped

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Jerusalem Artichoke Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

  • Toasted French Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, cheeses, lemon juice, artichokes, Jerusalem Artichoke Powder, pepper and garlic powder in medium bowl until combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

  4. Let cool slightly and serve with bread.
