Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
-
1 Pound Chicken Breast, cut into 3-inch long strips
-
2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
-
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless
-
2 Cups Flour, divided
-
2 Eggs, beaten
-
1/4 Cup Milk
-
2 Tablespoons Dehydrated Soy Sauce
-
2 Tablespoons Honey Powder
-
4 Fluid Ounces Vegetable Oil
Directions
-
Season chicken strips with salt and ground black pepper.
-
Set up 3 bowls. Fill first bowl with 1 cup flour, second bowl with beaten egg and milk, and third bowl with Soy Sauce Powder, Honey Powder and remaining flour.
-
Toss chicken in first bowl of flour and shake off excess. Dip in egg-milk mixture, then toss in third bowl with powder-flour mixture. Shake off excess and lay on baking tray. Repeat with remaining chicken strips.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Heat oil in deep saucepan over medium heat. Place coated chicken strips in oil, 2 to 3 at a time. Cook until strips are browned on both sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to baking sheet and set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken strips.

After all strips are fried, place baking sheet in oven and finish cooking strips for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked through.
