Directions

  1. Line small oven-safe dish or skillet with aluminum foil.

  2. Mix olive oil with thyme, marjoram, black peppercorns, coriander, mustard powder and paprika. Rub paste over tenderloin and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  4. Sprinkle Granulated Honey over top of pork to form crust.

  5. Roast pork in oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
