  • 4 Tablespoons Cajun Blackening Blend, divided

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets

  • 2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil

  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced


  1. Rub 1 tablespoon Cajun Blackening Blend onto each piece of fish, liberally coating both sides. Let sit 15 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat until almost smoking. Add fish and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until no longer opaque and flaky.

  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
