1 Cup Blanched Almond Meal

4 Tilapia Fillets
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Use olive oil to lightly grease baking sheet.

Combine almond meal and No-Salt Garlic Herb Seasoning on small plate, and stir to incorporate seasoning.

Working quickly, pat each fillet dry with paper towel, then dip first in egg and then in breading mixture, coating thoroughly.

Place fillets on prepared baking sheet, transfer to oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, depending upon thickness of fillets.
