Our Tandoori Spice is a traditional Indian seasoning blend that is used extensively in dishes such as tandoori chicken. Though classically made in a tandoor clay oven, it's just as delicious cooked on an open grill.

2 Cups Yogurt, plain

3 Tablespoons Tandoori Spice Blend

2 Pounds Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless

2 Ounces Canola Oil
Directions

Mix yogurt and Tandoori Spice in large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.

Add chicken to yogurt sauce, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Brush oil over grill grate to prevent sticking, and place chicken on grill. Cook chicken until juices run clear, about 8 minutes per side, basting with reserved yogurt marinade frequently.
