This simple and quick chile sauce is sweet, spicy and has the bold flavor of organic ground cardamom. The peaches and cardamom are a natural pairing and will perfectly enhance chicken, vegetables and breads.

Ingredients
Makes 1 1/2 cups

2 Large Ripe Peaches, peeled and pitted

1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

2 Cloves Of Garlic, peeled and crushed

1 Teaspoon Organic Ground Cardamom

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Directions

Chop the peaches and place in a medium pot with the sugar, vinegar, chile and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook slowly until the mixture has thickened and the chile and peaches are broken down.

Transfer everything to a blender and add the cardamom and salt. Puree very smooth and strain if desired. Keep covered in a refrigerator for up to one month.
