  1. Cut all of the fruit and vegetable to a large dice and large battonet roughly 4” in length.

  2. Arrange an assortment of cut fruit and vegetables in serving cups.

  3. Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit and vegetables in the cup, drizzle chamoy over, and finish with a sprinkle of 3-chile citrus seasoning (Tajin).
