Ingredients

1 Ounce Prawn Crackers, dried

1 Ounce Tempeh Crackers, dried

1 Quart Frying Oil

1 Sambal Curry Sauce Starter, 45 gram

1 Cup Water

2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
Directions

Bring 1 cup water to a simmer in a small non reactive pot. Whisk in the Curry Sambal sauce Starter (45 g). Mix well, then add the 2 tsp vegetable oil. Refrigerate

In a Dutch Oven or deep fryer, heat the quart of frying oil to 350F. (If using a deep fryer, use appropriate amount of oil). Fry the prawn and tempeh crackers a few at a time, until they puff up. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.

Serve with the Curry Sambal for dipping.
