12 Vanilla Cupcakes, unfrosted

8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened

4 Ounces Unsalted Butter, room temperature

1 2/3 Cups Powdered Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Madagascar Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

Add the softened butter to the bowl of a mixer. Using paddle attachment, cream the butter for one minute. Add the cream cheese, and mix on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, until everything is smooth and creamy. Be careful not to overmix, or the icing will be too soupy in consistency.

Sift the powdered brown sugar into the icing, paddle for one minute. Add the vanilla extract and mix just until incorporated.

Pipe or spread onto cupcakes.
