Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Crushed Habanero, stemmed and seeded

1 Cup Boiling Water

1 Large Ripe Tomato, cored, seeded and finely chopped

1 Small Red Onion, finely chopped

10 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

3 Teaspoons Sour (Seville) Orange Juice (Or Lime Juice)
Directions

Place crushed habanero in small bowl, and cover with boiling water. Let soak for 20 minutes, then drain liquid.

Add chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, salt and sour orange juice to bowl with soaked habanero. Stir to combine, and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
