Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Butter, melted

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Garlic Cloves, crushed

2 Cups Italian Bread, stale and cubed

1 Tablespoon Wild Mushroom Powder

1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless

1/2 Teaspoon Thyme Leaf
Directions

Warm butter and olive oil in pan with crushed garlic. Allow mixture to cool. Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place cubed bread in large bowl. Remove garlic from oil, and pour mixture over bread cubes. Add remaining ingredients, and toss thoroughly.

Spread oiled bread cubes over baking tray, transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Stir croutons around on tray to allow for even browning. Repeat this process twice.

Remove croutons from oven, and allow to cool before storing or serving.
