Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 6 Eggs, hard boiled and chopped

  • 1/4 Small Red Onion, sliced thin

  • 1 Celery Stalk, sliced thin

  • 1 Radish, sliced thin and cut in matchsticks

  • 4 Sliced Black Summer Truffle, sliced in thin julienne

  • 2 Pinches Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Place eggs, onion, celery, radish, truffle slices, salt and pepper in small bowl, and toss with vinegar.

  2. Gently fold in mayonnaise. Chill before serving.
