6 Eggs, hard boiled and chopped

1/4 Small Red Onion, sliced thin

1 Celery Stalk, sliced thin

1 Radish, sliced thin and cut in matchsticks

4 Sliced Black Summer Truffle, sliced in thin julienne

2 Pinches Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions

Place eggs, onion, celery, radish, truffle slices, salt and pepper in small bowl, and toss with vinegar.
