3 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar

30 Fluid Ounces Diced Canned Tomatoes

1 Pound Light Brown Sugar

1 Cup Beef Broth

1 Cup Organic Chili Powder

1/4 Cup Ground Paprika

1/4 Cup Granulated Garlic

1/4 Cup Onion Powder

2 Tablespoons Smoked Ground Black Peppercorns

2 Tablespoons Mustard Powder

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
Directions

Place all ingredients in 4-quart pot and cover. Simmer over low heat for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Check seasoning and adjust accordingly.

Allow sauce to cool, then purée until smooth with immersion blender.
