1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

2 1/2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 1/4 Teaspoons Onion Powder

1 1/4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

4 (8 Oz.) Sirloin Steaks

4 Tablespoons Black Tellicherry Peppercorns, ground
Directions

Melt butter and olive oil together over medium-high heat in heavy-bottomed skillet.

Blend together salt, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl. Season both sides of each steak with mixture.

Liberally sprinkle ground Black Tellicherry Peppercorns on both sides of each steak, and press firmly into meat to adhere.

Add steaks to pan and cook over high heat until medium-rare, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Remove from heat and let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
