Ingredients

1/2 Cup Millet Seed

1/4 Cup Vegetable Blend

1/4 Cup Cooked Chickpea Flour

1/4 Cup Purple Sticky Rice

1/4 Cup Dried Kibbled Porcini Mushrooms

2 Tablespoons Organic Tamari Powder
-
1 Tablespoon Tomato Powder
-
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
-
2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar Powder
Directions

Cover Vegetable Blend with hot water and set aside.

Stir together Cooked Garbanzo Bean Powder, Organic Tamari Powder, Tomato Powder, Minced Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar Powder in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Set mixture aside.

Add millet to large pot of boiling water. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

Place sticky rice into 1-quart pot and add 1-1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and allow rice to sit, covered, for 20 minutes.

Strain rehydrated vegetable blend and add to a large mixing bowl. Add cooled millet, cooled sticky rice and porcini mushrooms, then add dry seasoning mixture.

Use hands to thoroughly but gently combine ingredients.

Portion out burgers to desired size. This recipe will yield approximately 4 (8-ounce) patties or 8 (4-ounce) patties.

Cook patties on hot griddle with neutral cooking oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until browned and crisp.
