1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/4 Teaspoon Ancho Chile Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

2 Tablespoons White Sugar

1 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil

1 Tablespoon Granulated Brown Sugar
Directions

Combine salt, cinnamon, cumin, chile powder, cayenne and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar in medium bowl.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. When pan is hot, add pumpkin seeds, brown sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar, and toss to combine.

Cook until sugars melt and seeds begin to caramelize, about 1 minute. Remove from heat, and transfer mixture to bowl with spice mix. Toss to combine. Taste and season with additional salt, if needed.
