Makes 2 cups


  1. Preheat oven to 335°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, and toss to coat nuts evenly.

  3. Spread on prepared baking sheet in single layer. Transfer to oven and roast, tossing nuts a few times during cooking, about 20 minutes total.

  4. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve at room temperature or store in airtight container for up to a week.
