2 Cups Plain & Tomato Orzo Blend

1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped

1/3 Cup Super Red Sun-Dried Tomato Halves, chopped

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless
Directions

Add 1 cup of orzo to a large pot of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of neutral cooking oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente and strain. Rinse with cold water to cool and set aside.

Combine basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes in food processor. Pulse 4 or 5 times until blended.

Toss together cooked orzo, basil-tomato mixture, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl.
