1 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Cup Grape Nuts Or Other Wheat Or Barley Cereal

3 Tablespoons Granulated Brown Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1 1/2 Teaspoons Strawberry Fruit Powder

1 Egg, beaten

1/4 Cup Applesauce

1/4 Cup Honey

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1/3 Cup Unsalted Roasted Cashews

3/4 Cup Dried Strawberries
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Combine oats, flour, cereal, brown sugar, cinnamon and fruit powder in large bowl. Add egg, applesauce, honey and oil and mix well.

Stir in sunflower seeds, cashews and dried strawberries.

Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan, transfer to oven and bake until firm and golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool and cut into bars. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
