2 Cups Sliced Mango With Chile, diced

4 Cloves Garlic, minced

1-Inch Piece Fresh Ginger, peeled and minced

Zest And Juice Of 1 Orange

1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin

1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander

1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

1/3 Cup Raisins

Salt

Ground Black Pepper
Directions

Add mango, garlic, ginger, orange zest, orange juice, cumin, coriander, vinegar, sugar, raisins and pinch of salt and pepper to medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook until very thick, about 20 to 25 minutes.
