1/3 Cup Orange Juice

2 Tablespoons Honey

2 Garlic Cloves, chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Brown Chipotle Chile Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Hot Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless, freshly ground

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

4 (6-Ounce) Salmon Fillets, skin removed

Fresh Cilantro, (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F, and arrange one rack in center of oven and one at top.

Combine orange juice, honey, garlic, chile powder, paprika, salt and pepper in blender, and blend until smooth. Reserve.

Drizzle olive oil into bottom of 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish. Pat salmon fillets dry, and arrange in baking dish. Brush with glaze on all sides until well-coated.

Transfer dish to oven and roast until salmon is just cooked through, about 15 minutes. Heat broiler, and move salmon to top rack. Broil until salmon caramelizes on top, about 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
