1 Pound Ground Beef

1 Large Onion, minced

2 Tablespoons Diced Dried Ancho Chiles

1 Cup Ketchup

1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

4 Hamburger Buns
Directions

Heat large skillet over medium high on stovetop. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking meat into small pieces with wooden spoon. Discard all but 1 tablespoon fat that accumulates in pan.

Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add red bell pepper and chile, and cook for 5 minutes more. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and ground black pepper and stir to combine. Adjust heat to a low simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with hamburger buns.
