We handcrafted our Vietnamese Lemongrass Rub to achieve all the flavors of authentic East Asian cuisine in half the time. Featuring a mix of lemongrass, basil, chiles and star anise, the rub is the star of this recipe, giving the shrimp and pears a deliciously zesty, spicy flavor.
