1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Paste

2 Teaspoons Shiitake Shake

2 Flounder Fillets (About 10 Ounces Total)

2 Ounces Water

1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions

Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, chili paste and mushroom shake in medium bowl and mix until thick marinade is made. Add flounder to bowl and coat evenly in marinade.

Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, carefully place fish in skillet, and return to heat. Cook for 2 minutes, then deglaze pan with half of water and flip fish over. After 3 minutes, deglaze pan again with remaining water and transfer fish onto plate.

Pour any liquid remaining in pan over fish, and garnish with sesame seeds.
