1/2 Onion, chopped

1/3 Cup Dried Kibbled Champignon Mushrooms, rehydrated

1 Stalk Celery, diced

1 Cup Petite Black Lentils, cooked

1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/4 Cup Bread Crumb

2 Tablespoons Tahini

2 Teaspoons Italian Herb Blend

1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté onions, mushrooms and celery in pan until tender.

Add sautéed vegetables and remaining ingredients in food processor, and pulse until combined.

Shape mixture into patties, and let rest for 10 minutes.
