1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter

3/4 Cup Lemon Garlic Orzo, uncooked

1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves, chopped

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

3/4 Cup Water

2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Directions

Melt butter in 1-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat, and add orzo. Cook, stirring, until pasta is lightly browned.

Add remaining ingredients to pan and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Once liquid is absorbed, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
