1 Egg White

1/2 Cup Water

1 Cup White Sugar

1 Teaspoon Organic Ground Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

4 Cups Raw Pecan Halves

Preheat to 250°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine egg white and water in large bowl and beat with whisk until frothy but not stiff. Whisk in sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined. Add pecans and toss to coat.

Spread mixture evenly onto prepared pan, transfer to oven and bake until dry and golden, about 50 minutes total, tossing a few times during cooking to promote even browning.

Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately, or store in airtight container for up to a week.
