1 Pineapple

1 Cup Granulated Brown Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice pineapple into 1/2-inch-thick pieces.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.

Place pineapple slices on baking tray and sprinkle with sugar mixture.

Transfer to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over pineapple slices, return to oven and bake for 5 minutes more.
