1 1/2 Cups Roasted Salted Black Soybeans

1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Sweet Hungarian Paprika

1 Teaspoon Basil Leaf, crushed

1/2 Teaspoon Mediterranean Oregano, crushed

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/4 Teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder

1/2 Cup Freeze Dried Peas
Directions

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Stir together soybeans and pumpkin seeds in medium-sized bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder and toss, making sure soybeans and pumpkin seeds are coated evenly.

Spread mixture uniformly onto rimmed baking sheet, transfer to oven and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir mixture once after 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and gently mix in dried peas. Allow to cool completely before serving.
