Makes 6 servings


  1. Place mango in bowl and cover with hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes, until rehydrated.

  2. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Drain mango and add to mixture. Cook for another 15 minutes, stirring frequently until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove cloves.
