Ingredients

1 cup

  • 1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Black Mustard Seed

  • 2 Tablespoons Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

  • 2 Teaspoons Honey

  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mace

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Rosemary

  • 1 Bay Leaf

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Simmer for 5 minutes and pour into a sealable jar.

  3. Refrigerate for 3 days before using.

  4. Will keep for 1 month.
