1 1/2 Pounds Fresh Haricots Verts, trimmed

1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 1/2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon Four Peppercorn Blend, ground

1 Teaspoon Fresh Orange Zest

3/4 Teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss haricots verts, almonds, olive oil, vinegar and black pepper in large bowl to combine. Spread in single layer on prepared baking sheet.

Transfer to oven to cook until crisp-tender and lightly caramelized, about 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Garnish with orange zest and finish with sea salt.
