2 Pounds Pork Loin

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Teaspoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Freeze Dried Green Peppercorns

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons Minced Onions, very fine
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line baking dish with aluminum foil and place pork in center with fat-side up. Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl, and whisk until smooth. Rub over top of pork using fingers.

Roast pork in oven for about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Allow roast to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
