Ingredients
Makes 4-1/2 dozen

1 Cup (2 Sticks) Butter

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

2 Cups Pecan Meal

2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Beat butter and granulated sugar in bowl of standing mixer at medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract, almond extract, flour and salt. Do not over-mix. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula and fold in pecan meal until thoroughly combined.

Form dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Transfer to oven to bake for 20 minutes, taking care not to let cookies brown.

Remove cookies from oven, cool completely and roll in powdered sugar.
