2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 Cups White Sugar, plus 1 cup

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

2 Teaspoons Fine Sea Salt

2 Eggs

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Buttermilk

1/4 Cup Butter, melted

2 Pounds Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced

2 Teaspoons Ground Mace

1 Teaspoon Organic Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, 1-1/2 cups sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk eggs, sour cream and buttermilk in separate bowl, then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Pour melted butter into 12-inch by 9-inch baking dish, and pour batter over butter.

Place peaches, remaining 1 cup sugar, mace and vanilla extract in medium saucepan and heat until bubbly.

Pour peach mixture into center of battered pan, transfer pan to oven and bake for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
