1 Cup Whole Green Peas

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

2 Cups Spinach, Fresh, raw

1 Garlic Clove

4 Chives
-
2 Mint Leaves

2 Basil Leaves

16 Fluid Ounces Vegetable Broth
Directions

Soak peas in cold water overnight in refrigerator.

Rinse peas and cover with cold water in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn heat down to a simmer, cover and cook until peas are soft, about 1 hour. Drain.

Add peas to blender with remaining ingredients and process until very smooth.

Return soup to pot and warm gently. Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
