1/2 Cup Red Cornmeal

1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

2 Tablespoons Orange Zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.

Whisk together dry ingredients and orange zest in large bowl.

Combine wet ingredients in separate medium bowl, and whisk until incorporated.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix with wooden spoon until just blended. Do not over-mix.
