2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats

1/2 Cup Raw Medium Brazil Nuts, coarsely chopped

1/4 Cup Raw Whole Almonds, coarsely chopped

1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds

1/2 Cup Raw English Walnuts

1/3 Cup Agave Nectar

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Cup Dried Banana Chips

1/4 Cup Dried Sliced Mango, finely chopped

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Dried Pineapple Rings, finely chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine oats and nuts in large bowl and toss to combine.

Add agave nectar, sugar, cinnamon and olive oil to medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until sugar is almost dissolved. Add vanilla and salt and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Pour liquid over oat mixture, toss to combine and spread on prepared baking sheet. Transfer to oven to bake until golden, tossing a few times during cooking, about 40 minutes total.

Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in dried fruits and serve immediately, or store in airtight container for up to a week.
