  1. Rub steaks evenly with Hickory Steak Seasoning and let rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

  2. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Dip paper towel in oil and use tongs to rub grill grates with oil.

  4. Grill steaks for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Cook time will vary; meat thermometer is recommended. Generally, 125°F to 130°F for medium rare and 135° to 140° for medium are popular temperatures for NY strip steak.
