1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) Butter

1/4 Cup Onion, finely diced

2 Cloves Garlic, chopped

1/2 Ounce Organic Morels, rehydrated

1/4 Cup Dry White Wine

2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
Directions

Melt butter in hot pan, and add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until onion is translucent, being careful not to brown garlic. Deglaze with white wine and reduce by half.

Add heavy cream and reduce until desired thickness is achieved. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
