2 Pork Ribs, Baby Back

1 1/2 Cups Sweet & Tangy Memphis Bbq Rub

1 Pint Water

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Ground
Directions

With a sharp knife, carefully peel out the membrane from the bone side of the ribs. Season the peeled ribs with salt and pepper, then rub them evenly with the Memphis Style BBQ Rub, wrap them in plastic, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.

Pre-heat the oven

Place the ribs bone side down in a roasting pan and add 1 pint of water and apple cider vinegar to the pan. Tightly wrap the top of the pan with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Place the pan in the oven, cook for 2.5 – 3 hours until the ribs are tender, and pull down the bone boy ¼“- ½“.
