1/2 Pound Small Yellow Potatoes

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Small Onion, sliced

1 Teaspoon Roasted Napa Cabbage Extract Powder

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Whole Fennel Seed

2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Arrange potatoes in single layer in skillet with melted butter and fry for 6 minutes without disturbing.

Add sliced onions, then turn and stir potatoes. Fry for another 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with Roasted Napa Cabbage Extract Powder, salt, pepper and fennel seed and stir to coat. Fry 2 to 3 minutes longer or until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
