14 Ounces Macaroon Coconut

1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest

14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

2 Egg Whites, at room temperature

1/4 Cup Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine coconut, lime zest, condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl.

Beat egg whites in separate large bowl using hand-held mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into coconut mixture.

Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared pan. Transfer to oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove macaroons from oven and let cool before serving.
