1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Tahini

1/4 Cup Water

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Chopped Dill

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless

2 Cups Organic Kamut® Brand Wheat, cooked

2 Cups Chickpeas, cooked

1 Cup Diced Tomato

1 Medium Cucumber, seeded and diced

1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion

1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
Directions

Combine olive oil, tahini, water, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and black pepper in large bowl, and whisk to combine.

Add Organic Kamut® Brand Wheat, chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, red onion and parsley to bowl, tossing to coat salad with dressing.

Serve cold or at room temperature. If dressing thickens prior to serving, add drizzle of water to salad, and toss again.
