Makes 6 servings


  1. Combine olive oil, tahini, water, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and black pepper in large bowl, and whisk to combine.

  2. Add Organic Kamut® Brand Wheat, chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, red onion and parsley to bowl, tossing to coat salad with dressing.

  3. Serve cold or at room temperature. If dressing thickens prior to serving, add drizzle of water to salad, and toss again.
