4 Chicken Thighs, Bone-In

1 Tablespoon Hickory Bbq Seasoning

1 3/4 Cups Stock Or Water

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Or Butter

Preheat grill. Season chicken thighs with Hickory BBQ Seasoning. Set aside.

Combine Heritage Grain Pilaf with stock and olive oil in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until serving.

While pilaf simmers, arrange seasoned chicken thighs on grill. Cook, turning once or twice, until cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Serve with Heritage Grain Pilaf.
