Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 4 Salmon Fillets, 5 ounces each, boned

  • 4 Teaspoons Hickory Bbq Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rinse salmon fillets and place onto sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Mix Hickory BBQ Seasoning with honey and mustard in small bowl, then spread mixture evenly over all salmon fillets.

  4. Transfer sheet pan to oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to desired temperature.
