2 Sticks Of Butter, softened

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Madagascar Vanilla Extract

2 Large Eggs
-
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Hazelnuts

3/4 Cup Roughly Chopped Dark Chocolate
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F with rack positioned in center.

Cream butter and sugars in standing mixer fitted with paddle attachment.

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt in medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly.

When butter-sugar mixture is fluffy, add vanilla extract at low speed. When incorporated, alternate adding one egg followed by flour, then add second egg and remaining flour.

Gently stir in Chopped Hazelnuts and dark chocolate pieces.

Lightly spray baking trays with nonstick spray and drop tablespoons of cookie dough, about 2 inches apart, onto trays.

Transfer to oven and bake for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on tray or transfer to wire rack.
