1 Lime, juiced

1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Lime Peel

1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, minced

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless

1/2 Teaspoon Domestic Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Ancho Chile Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

4 Buns, toasted

1 Red Onion, sliced
Directions

Combine chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, lime juice, Granulated Lime Peel, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chile powder and cumin in large bowl, and mix, using your hands, until ingredients are evenly distributed.

Preheat gas grill to medium-high or light charcoal in kettle grill. When all charcoal is lit and covered with gray ash, pour out and spread coals evenly over half of coal grate, placing drip pan in area without direct heat. Set cooking grate in place and cover grill. Clean and oil grilling grate.

Place burgers directly on grate and cook, flipping halfway, until chicken registers 160°F. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Place burgers on buns, garnish and serve topped with onion and your favorite condiments.
