Directions

Beat eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract in large bowl. Slowly add Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix and mix until thoroughly combined. Bake as directed below:

For Two 9-inch Round Cake Pans: Divide evenly between 2 lightly greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean and dry.

For 20 Cupcakes: Divide evenly into paper-lined or lightly greased cupcake tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean and dry.

For 13-inch by 9-inch Pan: Spread evenly into lightly greased 13-inch by 9-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean and dry.
